These glasses were MANGLED 5 minutes ago. The lens had fallen out and the nose pieces were completely disoriented and smushed. I went in and told Gabby I was devastated because these were my favorite pair, and she had them fitting me perfectly without a scratch in less than 5 minutes. She didn't even charge me anything! THIS is why I buy all of my glasses and sunglasses here. Thanks Gabby!!

Terrible service, and cheap frames. Mine broke and when I paid to replace them I was supposed to wait 2 weeks for glasses ended up taking a month and still didn't get them. Told me the lab messed up and they won't be fixing it if they can't get it right at the store.
