Took a week to get my glasses which wasn't bad, but Kancare coverages don't cover scratch, glare, or light weight features so if your using one of those insurance plans expect lousy basic and primitive glasses, and they won't let you pay for those features separately anymore. So not only did I get 5lb glasses thicker than shot glasses, but the ear coatings on the frames weren't even shrank properly for a tight fit, they move back and forth and the nose pieces may as well be rocks that leave per I ant red marks on my nose. When I went back to get the ear rests fixed I had to wait an hour before finally deciding to leave and use my own heat gun to finish shrinking them. Selection was small at the south Seneca location as well. If you can afford it, there are much better options

Was going to be new customer, set appointment, 2-3 weeks ago, got text and call yesterday confirming appointment for today. Today (day of appointment) I get a text saying it needs to be rescheduled and to call. I call and the call taker is more concerned about verifying my information like they are chasing payment. They clearly hold the opinion their time is more valuable than ours... Based on my experience, I can see why their rating is so low.

Made an appt late Friday for the following Monday at 9:45. Got a text at 7:05am Monday morning that the appt needs to be rescheduled. I should have read the reviews before making the appointment but it seems they do this a lot. Just canceled it and will go somewhere else.

Very upset. Just got my new glasses and a pair of readers I was told were free. Coincidentally I just got a $198 bill for the reading glasses I didn't want and I am irate! I hope they can straighten this out!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Grene Vision Group has gone drastically downhill over the past few years, and this most recent experience sealed it for us. This isn't an isolated incident, it's a pattern of poor service and unprofessional behavior. The staff, particularly Danielle, was incredibly rude and dismissive. Speaking to patients and/or their families as if they're incompetent is completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. It's shocking how far the level of care and respect has fallen. I would strongly caution anyone considering the Seneca office, we will not be returning, and I would not recommend to anyone.

This location is very good. I was so glad they were able to get me in the next day (especially since the next available appointment at the location closest to me was 1.5 months out). The front-desk person was professional and helpful as was the optometrist assistant who did my pre-tests. Dr. Ashley was knowledgeable and kind, and even though they didn't have my regular contacts on hand, she recommended a comparable and slightly cheaper option that I could take home that day to see how they worked for me. Very impressed with the quality and service. Will definitely be using this location again.

I had my usual yearly eye exam back in July 2024 and have dealing with ongoing billing discrepancies still now in March 2025. I've contacted their billing department 5 plus times to resolve it, they just keep sending bills of different amounts. I tried to speak with the office manager and waited on hold for an extended period of time. I'm now moving to an unrelated office. Been with them several years and this is just disappointing and abysmal.
