the worst experience of my life was being sent down to this location. I am happy with most all other locations, the Dr I saw was the worst of my life. Glad I don't go to this location and I won't go back. My experience mid November 2025, I will not waste time or money or insurance in this facility.

I took my 5-year-old here for her very first eye exam, and the whole experience was wonderful. The staff was amazing and so kind. The lady who did the exam was incredibly patient with my wild little one, and the doctor was just as great--thorough, gentle, and really good with kids. We appreciated how comfortable they made her feel from start to finish.

Very happy with my recent visit to the Grene Vision Group at Harry and Rock. I have seen two other doctors in the past at another location and was happy with their services but I have usually gone only because I needed a new prescription for my changing vision.
When I called for an appointment this time, it was because I had something in my eye that was hurting me. I was happy to see
a very nice young man and the location of the office is very close to my house and that is really great for me. I'll be going back there in a few weeks to get my eyes checked and get a new prescription so I can get some new glasses. I'll be very happy to see Dr. Nguyen again and also the very nice assistant as well.

This is a great place to have your eyes checked out. The front office staff is very patient and answered all of our questions. The appointment was on time and didn't take long. The Doc provided a summary of the health of our eyes when we were finished! Great place!

I just had my final visit with the staff of Greene Vision on N Webb last week. I had had cataracts removed and replaced with new lenses. I can truly say that the experience was better than I could have imagined. It was life changing.
The Staff were all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.
However, I must give a shout out to Dr Taylor and his assistant, Dr Shrader and his assistant, and to Dr de la Presa at the Surgical Center. They have opened up my eyes to a clarity of vision that I didn't know was possible. And, done so with a warmth and friendliness that made me feel welcome, safe, and content with the process.
If you might be undecided about undergoing the same event, I highly recommend, and encourage you to do so. They answered all my questions, alleviated any fears, and made me feel ready to see the world better.
Thank you, to all the staff at Greene Vision.
I believe I would find the same professional and comforting staff at any Greene Vision Office in our area. I'm a happy camper.
