Dr. Waren has taken care of myself and my family for 20 years. I always feel that I receive excellent care and his staff are nice and helpful. He listens to any concerns I may have and I never feel rushed. Highly recommend.

I have had a horrible experience at this office ever since Dr. Fiegel left. They sent me to a debt collector because they failed to notify me of a charge (from 8 months prior) due to mailing bills to the wrong address. They accused me of not paying my debt and would not provide me with my medical records until I proved to them that it was paid. I had paid my debt the moment I was contacted by the collector and the office failed to update their records. After jumping through several hoops (per the receptionists demands) for my records I was only given the most recent record from my last visit with Dr. Fiegel in 2019. I did not receive any records from my 2020 visit with Dr. Waren. Their policies do not align with other optometrist policies in the area. I will be finding a new optometrist. I recommend you find one as well, unless you enjoy dealing with debt collectors and jumping through hoops. I would like to add that I have no direct complaints regarding Dr. Waren or is abilities. I'm guessing he doesn't even know how difficult and unorganized his front desk is.

Staff is incredibly friendly and love Dr. Waren! Always more than willing to answer any questions I have, scheduling, insurance, contact orders, glasses adjustments, etc. Went through some trouble finding contacts and Dr. worked with me to make sure I was in a comfortable pair. Always feel that they truly care! Great office all around!!

We have been seeing Dr Waren for 15 years, he's been there for us even for an emergency eye poke on a Sunday. We would not consider going anywhere else.
