LensCrafters has been really good to me. Lacey sold me a pair of glasses and after two weeks, the pair just wasn't for me. I went back to Lacey and she helped me find another pair of glasses and she made the whole process easy. They are in Bradley Fair now and are no longer at the Towne East mall, which is an added bonus because it's easier to get to their store now and they have more glasses on display.

The service is great! Lacey and Tristan were wonderful as were the other associates there. I was in and out and had all my needs met in a timely manner. They definitely went above and beyond. 10/10 highly recommend LensCrafters for your eyeglass needs!

Very disappointed in your customer service and I've been buying glasses here for years. I didn't get any assistance with picking them out, which is fine. I asked for them to be mailed to me because I live in Hutchinson. They said no problem, I'd get a text when they come in but they get them mailed out. I got the text the Sunday before Christmas. No glasses. I call the Tuesday after Christmas. Guess what they are still sitting there. We forgot to mail them, we will get them out UPS today. We'll here we are another week later and still no glasses. $900 glasses too. Tried to call was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally hung up. I will never buy glasses here again. Update: It sure is funny that after complaining online yesterday that I get an email today 1/6/26 saying the UPS label was created today and they should be delivered tomorrow. That tells me you didn't give them to UPS on 12/30/25. You flat out lied to my face!

Lacey and Tristan were extremely helpful, going out of their way to ensure satisfaction and understanding. They were also personable and made the experience so fun! :)

They don't "fix glasses anymore......After buying THREE PAIRS of Armani glasses, this was the LAME EXCUSE why they would NOT tighten a teensy screw on my pricy glasses, one pair, and the guy didn't know anywhere to GET THEM FIXED? I will knock my lights out to come when Ashley is present, she sounds FANTASTIC to me

Went in store and bought new frames and gave them my prescription. Got the glasses and had to make an eye appointment because I thought the prescription was wrong. It turns out lens crafters messed up the curvature. They had it at 1.2 and it was supposed to be 3.5. I couldn't even wear them because it messed up my eyes so bad. I took them back and had them remade with a new prescription and they still weren't right. The girl working said I had an additional 30 days from when I picked up the glasses to modify if needed if they weren't right. Went to the mall and was told it was too late to edit the prescription when I was told by the girl there that I had plenty of time. She said 30 days from when I picked up the glasses again. I'm so frustrated and now I wasted $100 on glasses I can't even wear because lens crafters messed it up. I was offered half off new lenses and was told he shouldn't even be offering me the offer when lens crafters messed it up in the first place. It took forever to get the new lens in, then I had to schedule time to see a doctor in between my busy work days for them to tell me I need to pay $200 to get my prescription adjusted. That's so messed up.

I came to the store on a search for a place to have my new glasses made and I have a high prescription so it can be very expensive and difficult for me. Chris was extremely helpful and made me feel that he genuinely cared about my vision. Chris gave me a comparison of my costs using my insurance vs. the in store specials and left me feeling that the customer service here was exceptional.
