Great level of detail, the care and attention they give to talk to you and answer questions is amazing! It wasn't too expensive, $110 for eye test and consultation (no insurance). Also got a same-day appointment. The doctor's also not gonna push any products on you! Only bad thing I can say is that I had to wait a bit because they were busy, and their offices are a bit cramped (they're in a Walmart). Recommend!

This is the BEST option for your eye care needs!!! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly from the start. They also helped me with all my insurance stuff and had everything taken care of before I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Williams is an extraordinary optometrist! She listens to you and answers all your questions. She did not try to upsell me on anything like my contacts. She listened to my opinions and ordered exactly what I wanted in the end. I couldn't imagine receiving better care anywhere else. Thank you for your wonderful service!!!

UPDATE: 11/2020 I visited after she moved to the Pawnee location. I felt comfortable and they were keen on taking covid precautions. Still the same great service that anyone can get with Dr. Williams. She seems to always go the extra mile. I would highly recommend her as your new eye doctor. Just like her ratings, TRULY 5-STAR SERVICE! _____________ 2019 I needed a new eye doctor and was skeptical about trying to do a walk in at the mall or another place. I called and they had an opening for an hour later. I was impressed to say the least. Dr. Williams has a nice staff and great equipment. She is very thorough and professional. She seems to really care about her patients and their eyesight and eye care. I felt very confident in her abilities that I couldn't ask for more.

Dr. Hayley Williams is AMAZING! Best eye doctor I have ever seen. When I arrived I didn't have to wait long at all. She gave me a very thorough eye exam. And she was so friendly and informative. I will definitely be taking my kids here for their next eye exam!

Can't even speak to the Dr about concerning questions without an appointment. Tried making an appointment so I can ask her but because she can't see me until 4 weeks due to treatment for my eyes I can't even speak to her and ask her questions till then ? ? Girl at reception just was very stern and rude about it *** I can't reply to your response so I'll reply here . As I mentioned to you over the phone when u called me is that I didn't expect a call back that same day the next your receptionist said I CANNOT talk to you unless I schedule an appointment period! She said to schedule after I get my glasses (knowingly it was two weeks out ) plus 2 weeks after treatment ! So in a month ! I had questions and concerns about the change of directions and why the treatment was longer she refused to schedule me and to call till then and schedule to "talk" to you but then you called me after I posted the review and still didn't hear me out and got upset about the review and said we no longer have a doctor patient relationship and you will certify mail my paperwork. Your previous reply to the other review you also mentioned I can walk in and do that but you never even gave me that choice over the phone you were very upset and said you will certify mail my records your self and I still don't have the right prescription and you've already used up my benefits for the year for my contacts and glasses with the wrong prescription

Dr Williams is DELIGHTFUL! She is knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I got great care & service while she checked my vision. My longtime Dr was unable to see me, so I opted to see Dr Williams. I told her I'm switching over & she's my Dr for life! Totally satisfied with my appointment! Thank you!

I really appreciate how Dr. Williams takes the time to listen to my eye concerns and explains all of my questions in a way that I can understand her. You can tell she is very passionate about the care she provides her patients. Such a positive experience having my eyes checked by such a knowledgeable and caring optometrist!

The attention to detail, the level of caring, and the expertise available at this woman-owned practice beats anywhere else in town. I'd never stuck with the same eye doctor, just going to whichever was covered by my insurance and could get me in with my schedule, but after having seen Dr. Williams I'll be a patient for life, even driving back from out of state to see her.
