While the medicine part of my visit was good, we had to wait over 3 hours to finally see Dr. Patel. I wasn't the only one in that small waiting area (evidently a pipe burst in September and is still not repaired) wearily sitting until they called our names. They stacked us patients. The staff was stretched and by the time I was finished they were showing it. So pleased do not make us go through that again. Thank you.

They need to figure out their scheduling and waiting times. I have not been there once that I waited less than an hour. I have to take 1/2 day PTO every time I have an appointment because I never know how long it's going to take. They are costing me more $$ than just the doctor visit.
However, once you do finally get in, everybody is very nice.

I went from not being able to pass my welding eye test with a brand new pair of glasses to not having to wear glasses at all after cataract surgery & having 20-15 vision!
I trust nobody else with my eyes but trust Dr. Patel completely with my eyes. I know she has my best interest foremost
