Price Optical

My Optometrist was charging me 300$ for new lenses. I already had frames I just needed new lenses. She gave me the price of 109$! She gave an estimated time of a week but they were done in 3 days. Yeah ,it's a bit rough looking exterior wise and her signs are obviously hand written. However, she isn't overcharging and didn't notice any change in the quality of my lenses

I would never spend my hard earned money with this business. I was over in the area yesterday and the owner, an older lady with gray hair, was screaming at a woman and her kids. Disgraceful how she was acting. A true Karen if I ever saw one. I've never witnessed an owner of a business being so rude to anybody!!! Take your eyecare business elsewhere because if she can treat random strangers the way I saw in person then she doesn't deserve anyone's business. So disgusting!

I just had a great experience at Price Optical. Now I will say that I knew Mike before going to the store but my review would be the same regardless. When I walked in Mike was working with a sales person and said Hi to me right away. As I waited another man came in who also knew Mike. There was a man in the store already, Mike helped him and he left happy. While I was being helped another woman came in and she wanted Mike's help also. What I am getting at is Mike knows his business and the people that know this keep coming back to him, he is great at what he does. He looked at my glasses, adjusted them one time, gave them back to me and it was like wearing a new pair of glasses. I can't believe how well he adjusts glasses with a look and his outstanding customer service.

If I could give negative stars I would! My glasses fell apart after 9 months! And Mike the owner would not do anything but SELL me the same frame again! And also accuse me of stepping on them! Which I DIDN'T! His employee basically called me a lyer to my face when I said that I HAD NOT damaged them!

You should probably tell the lady that works there in the morning that it's a bad look to smoke directly in front of the store and throw her cigarette butts on the ground. If that's how she acts outside on the multiple occasions I have come to Little Ceasars: I would never even think of coming inside to see how she acts there.

Diana is fantastic! I've purchased several pair of glasses @ this location. She has always said: if you ever have a problem, let me know. She has never failed me.

I came up here trying to purchase some Glasses, & the Lady that works there was very Rude to me,I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here. Need better communication services skills.

Great, friendly service and prices on glasses can't be beat. Wouldn't go anywhere else
