Advertises that they're open from 10 - 5 daily. We've been there 2 days in a row. 1st day it was after 5, okay, come back next day at 2 and there are 2 people working and we're told they're closed for lunch and we need an appointment. Your sign should match what is required. It needs to say that appointments are needed and when you're closed for lunch. Frustrating to not get help with 2 people there and them discussing who's going to go to lunch first. We'll go elsewhere, you obviously aren't concerned about customers.
