I think Scott is great and this is a vastly superior experience to any chain.
However... the older lady receptionist truly does not ever need to work in customer service. Ever. I believe she loses the practice money and she is the reason this is a 4, not a 5.
Prepare yourself for virtual eyeball rolls, sighs and extended pauses while you wait to exist.

They don't want you going anywhere else. Gave me gruff about sending over my expired prescription. Totally unprofessional. This was my favorite doctor until I had to deal with this. He is great but his office staff are rude. Time to replace them with some younger ladies who have some customer service training.
