Smith Vision Center

I have been going to Smith Vision since I was a kid. Lately, service has been poor. The eye doctor is cold and not very helpful. My eye sight has been getting worse and when I pushed back on it being more than just needing eyedrops they finally said I needed a Topography but since they didn't have the equipment they'd need to make me the appt elsewhere and they'd call me with the date. A week passes and I hadn't received any update so I called. They informed me they'd were still trying to find a place locally. 2 more weeks pass and I call again. They just found a place apparently and told me the place and phone number so I could make the appointment and have them send the results to them. I get the topography done. I wait 2-3 more weeks before calling because I still had not heard from them and wanted to see if I needed to schedule an appt to talk about the results.They tell me he hasn't looked at it yet but she'd call me right back it's been close to a month now and have not heard back from them. Luckily, I went to a much more caring and knowledgeable eye doctor who did a follow up topography and confirmed I have a progressive cornea disease and even took the time to explain to me why my vision was so distorted. If you're looking for a new eye doctor I wouldn't recommend Smith Vision and if you're a current patient and you're having similar issues I strongly recommend searching elsewhere for another opinion.

I bring my daughter Melissa to a year examination and Veca was so nice and professional that went the Dr Smith finish the appointment.. I tell l want you to be my Dr to .. l fell so blessed to find a great team that triet me like a family.. thank you so much Smith Vision center

I LOVE the Dr at Smith Vision, and have been going for years. But the office employees have just gone downhill. Every time I call I have to be put on hold so they can either find information, or figure something out. Seems like they can't keep track of anything. You'll be told one price in person, then call to make a payment and the price is double what you were told. Going to have to consider finding a new eye doctor.

I used to love this clinic, been going for years, I recommend them to everyone I talk to about getting their eyes checked/glasses. I still adore the doctors, they're wonderful and do well with my kiddos. However there is one receptionist who seems to absolutely hate her job and is condescending and rude with every interaction. It's making it difficult to want to continue having our care here.

If they get it right, great, but if they get it wrong they will never admit it and they wont give you your money back. They got it wrong with and gave me glasses I could not see through for $557,50. I gave the glasses back but they never gave my money back. So be warned.

Apparently, the doctor is so important, they need a 2 hour lunch break costing me $14 in Uber fees. That's not easy to cough up living on disability.

I've been going here for a few years now and have not had any issues with the doctors but this last time I decided to have new lenses put in my glasses. I went to pick them up today and it seems like they don't know how to adjust glasses she had to go back to another room several times to adjust the nose pads and then I had told her twice that the one bow needed to be tightened and she did nothing about it the second time when I said it she just stood there. Didn't even try to fix it and then I said well I guess I'll have to go back to where I got the frames to have it adjusted appropriately and she walked away. No goodbye no professionalism just rude behavior and started talking with someone else. I will not buy another pair of glasses here. It was such a disappointing experience.

I have been coming here with my four kids for years. They know my kids personally and when a pair of glasses are broken ( every other month!), they still treat my kids as if they are first time customers with an amazing amount of respect and care! I can't say enough how much I enjoy the staff and how amazing they are!
