I had a nosepiece fall out on a Saturday morning and must have my glasses because of my poor eyesight. When I arrived, Tess was excellent and replaced my pads with a much better option. One thing I notice with this location is how extremely friendly and helpful the whole staff is and they all speak which is not common at most businesses these days. Keep up the good work!!

Not only did they help my daughter find a pair of glasses that were perfect fit for her and her style, they also built up her confidence in wearing glasses. They were able to have her glasses ready in about one hour. The customer service was phenomenal and felt like she was a very important customer. We will definitely be back.
