An amazing store to get your glasses! The employees there were very kind. The one who helped me was Emily J., she was with me the whole time and was to help me pick out some Oakley. I told Emily what my interest was, such as a light frame and small lens and she knew where to look and got me interested in a few pair and almost got both but ended with one. The employees there really build customer relations with you and personalize your glasses. I've gotten my glasses here twice now and look forward to going back. Truly a great store for glasses 5/5 would go again for sure.

I had the tip of my left temple frame break and I needed a replacement tip, temple frame or a repair done so as to not scratch behind my ear due to the sharp area where the temple piece broke behind the ear. I had gone to various places and I was told they did not have replacements for my frames nor could it be repaired. This disappointed me since I really like my prescription eye glass frames. Well I decided to give Specs a chance and Tessa was wonderful! She did not want me to leave without giving her a chance to see if she could help since no one else could. She said she would hate for me to leave without getting my frames fixed. At least, let her make the effort to try. I was utterly pleased with her kindness and effort to fix the tip and allow my frames to sit behind my left ear with total comfort! Cannot say enough how wonderful Tessa was with her customer service! I greatly appreciated her efforts and the customer service all with a smile! She was terrific! Walked out having my glasses repaired and comfortable! I would highly recommend anybody to see Tessa at Specs. It was so worthwhile to step into a terrific eyeglass store as Specs!

I have been searching for the Sandy Beach Maui Jims for awhile now even Maui Jim did not have them available to ship until I found Specs who had them and could be shipped right away. I was a little skeptical but to my delight they arrived today in a Maui Jim case and a very nice card inside from Jordan, which I think is very classy and shows me that this is an excellent company who actually care. I will continue to shop with Specs and refer them to my friends and family.
