I took my glasses in to have them adjusted, as the nose pieces were causing pain. The people at Target Optical not only adjusted my glasses, but changed out the hard plastic nose pieces for soft silicone ones. It made a huge difference! I highly recommend Target Optical! I have always gotten friendly and knowledgeable service.

Had trouble with bifocal lenses and Lexie Benson got them reordered no problem. She worked hard to make it right...she deserves a BIG RAISE! Seriously, thank you for the awesome service, Lexie!!

Helpful and all staff was friendly. Optician was also great! Offered quick and thorough service so we didnt have to shop elsewhere for lenses and glasses. Also the availability of appointments was convenient for our schedule. This location is new optical home!

Poor customer service. I went in hoping they could repair my glasses. They said I would have to order a new pair. I said are you sure?(because my glasses cost about $500) She said "yes" and then scoffed and said "wow" as I was walking away. I won't be coming back to get my new pair there.

Customer service was exceptional. While visiting Wichita, I had a contact rip in half. Without having a backup pair I had no clue how I was going to make the 7 hour drive home. With the help of Dr. Toons office, they gave me a trial pair so that I can get home safely. Definitely recommend!!!!

Terrible Experience at Dr. Toons office I had an absolutely dreadful experience at dr. Toons today. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the receptionist was not interested in providing any sort of helpful or respectful service. I've been putting off going to the eye doctor because of the hassle with my husband's insurance, which covers all our healthcare needs. When I presented the insurance card, the receptionist seemed utterly clueless, asking for my husband's social security number and insinuating that I was somehow at fault for not having the correct information. Despite my attempts to cooperate and provide the necessary details, I was met with hostility and rudeness. The receptionist's behavior was nothing short of appalling. He raised his voice at me multiple times, even yelling in front of other customers in the waiting room. Instead of trying to assist me in a professional manner, he seemed more interested in berating me for the supposed inadequacies of my husband's insurance card. Feeling humiliated and utterly disrespected, I made the decision to cancel my appointment. To add insult to injury, I was forced to pay a $40 cancellation fee for a service I never even received. Furthermore, witnessing another customer's appointment debacle only added to my frustration. It was abundantly clear that this establishment lacks basic organization and customer service skills. Overall, my visit to target optical, Dr. Toons office was a complete disaster. I left feeling stressed, upset, and utterly disappointed with the level of service provided. I would strongly advise anyone considering this office to think twice before subjecting themselves to such unprofessionalism and disrespect.

Horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone to go here. The manager I believe name is Courtney wasn't helpful actually. He made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable. Made strange comments regarding politics and I don't believe he should've done that. Have your own views but don't joke about things that may be offensive. I've always loved this location when Alex was here but the new manager is going to be this locations demise and I'll never return after today. It's so many better options to go to. Steer clear please because not only does Dr Toon suck and doesn't check your eyes the right way and has a rude front desk worker. Now the new manager is a total creep.
