Dr. Shaw is the true expert on youth myopia management. He consistently updates his knowledge with latest research and publications. For someone with his level of knowledge, he is surprisingly humble and approachable. He is the only doctor who monitors patients' axial length growth as indicator of myopia management effect. Highly recommend if your kids or yourself having myopia problems!

Dr. Shaw is wonderful! He takes the time to explain each detail and happily answers all my questions. His assistant is so smiley and cheerful. I had to get my mom in fast so the other doctors helped her and they were SO good with her. It's a great group of doctors!! I can't say enough good things about TMS.

I had a coworker recommend this place. It was spacious and seemed clean. The front desk lady, was very nice. However, I was not impressed with the eye doctor. She didn't introduce her self. She seemed very rush with performing my eye exam. In and out of the room within maybe 5-7 minutes if that. For being a first time patient there, I'd think they would ask questions to get to know you/about what's been going on.. I don't plan on seeing that doctor again but I wouldn't mind staying at TMS Eye Care and seeing another doctor. Overall I was still satisfied with this place.

The staff are friendly, courteous and professional. The do things in a timely manner and personalize your needs. I truly enjoy my experience every time I'm there. Dr.Tran is so kind, compassionate and has a sense of humor too. Thank you TMS, YOU ROCK!

Everyone here was great! We saw Dr. Tran who was beyond exceptional and intelligent! You can tell she truly cares for you and only wants the best for you. She explained everything and provided very detailed recommendations. 100% recommend coming here for any vision needs for both kids and adults!

The staff has been so polite and professional. Dr Tran is energetic and caring. I spent a long time choosing frames and was still treated patiently. Regan went above and beyond.

Many years ago upon Dr Shea's retirement he left his practice in great hands. TMS eye care consisting of Dr Tran and her colleagues have done this practice well. I have been a patient of Dr Tran for many decades and she knows mine as well as my husband's vision history extremely well. She's knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. The TMS staff are very attentive and caring. They do their best to get their patients in a room expeditiously. I have never waited more than 15-20 mins before being called back. Every year the eyeglass options improve. Unfortunately, my insurance only pays for new frames every other year. I do not trust any other Optometrist with my eye care. Thank you Dr. Tran and the TMS eye care team for all of your hard work and dedication. Dr. Tran never drops the ball! She is very thorough in her examinations and treatment.

Dr. Tran is extremely personable, i love going to my annual appointment to see her. She takes great care of me and I genuinely feels like she cares about me on a personal level. The office on east 21st is always clean and put together, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
