Got my glasses last week and decided to use them today and they were already broken! I haven't even gotten to wear them. These were an exchange from the wrong prescription so this is twice now I have been disappointed by this place.

Opticians didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to pay extra to get better lenses or add on's to my prescription guessing they assumed that I had state insurance I couldn't afford it I am an optician myself and always ask my customers even with insurance would they like anything additional to pay extra and go over what the insurance covers they had me pick a frame and that was all not good customer service manager didn't seem bothered that it was a problem

Finally posting a rating. Incompetant staff. Would give 0 stars if I could. I went to your location before in the past. I'm not suprised at your response. One of your managers insulted me and never apologized for what your staff did. She had the nerve call my parents about the issue when I am an adult who can deal with my own issues. Thankfully, no one I know no longer goes to your location.

This place needs new staff 100%. How can you argue with a person that's telling you the prescription is obviously wrong because it's causing eye pain. There's no reason you should experience eye pain if the script is right. You should never be told you need to let them adjust to the glasses. After a couple days of wearing them & Still having pain something is definitely wrong. It's not normal at all & my new Dr stated very clearly you never should wear glasses that hurt, because it'll create more issues. I already knew that, which is why i left this company completely due to the asian or whatever she is, who debated with me about the script was only changed slightly. Foh, I'm not dumb & don't play about my eyes. Practice professionalism skills & maybe people want leave your practice.

Place is super cute! Good vibes, if you have any doubts or feeling nervous dont be ! Come here . Made me feel comfortable to get a brazilian done and definitely a repeat customer.

I've been going to TMS eyecare for years and the staff have always been professional and kind. I feel like I'm in safe hands whenever I enter into this practice and I plan to stay with it for years to come.

Dr was very informative. Didn't rush even though there was other people waiting. Great experience with him.

Had to go by and get a written Rx for my glasses. Staff was very helpful.
