First and foremost, I had zero issues with Dr Toon. It was Mr. Toon. I had an appointment for my sons to be seen at this location my older son had an appointment earlier in the morning and everything seemed to go pretty well. I thought that they were both actually pretty kind however, later in the day I had to call to try to adjust my younger son's appointment and was met with a lot of distain. Mr. Toon got hostile over phone about a cancellation and then hung up on me. I called back and we had a rather brief altercation over the phone and he hung up on me yet again. My wife, who usually takes care of my children's appointments because I am usually not home to do so because I am currently active in the Marine Corps and am stationed in NC, said that she also had some sharpness from him to her because he doesn't care for tricare. I would highly suggest to find another location if you at Tricare beneficiaries. And as for those not in the DOW, ask yourself if active military member and veterans receive this kind of care, how will he treat you? I have also submitted federal paperwork to have them blacklist for DOW and Tricare beneficiaries.

Loved Dr. Toon and her husband! Best and easiest optometry appointment I've ever had and I've been wearing contacts and glasses since I was 12. I've wanted to try daily contacts for years but my previous doctor wasn't into change. All I said to Dr. Toon was I hated my contacts and never wear them anymore and she immediately asked if I wanted to try dailys. YESSSS!! THANK YOU!! I definitely will be back and will recommend your establishment! Btw, congrats on your new Mercedes, Dr. Toon! You deserve it!

It was great. She's great with my kids and she helped brainstorm some ideas for my migraines. We also love the addition of Griffy the therapy dog

Dr. Toon is very nice and friendly! I left my appointment feeling like she met my eye needs perfectly! I'm so happy to be one of her new patients :)

Dr. Toon and her husband are amazing! I'm always excited to go see them. I can not recommend them enough!
