Dr Woltjer performed surgery on my right and left eyes to remove some floaters that had bothered me for years. He is above excellent. He explained in detail the procedure and answered all my questions. I now have near perfect vision! The staff at Vitreo-Retinal Consultants are friendly and do their best to make sure appointments run on time so there is little waiting. If I could I would rate VRC a 10!

I am impressed with Doctor Woltjer but the male nurse is rude and the parking lot is impossible. I circled the lot for 30 minutes (as were about a dozen other cars) before getting lucky enough to find a parking space. Too many doctors and patients scheduled at the same time. Their suggestion - park in McDonalds or Jimmy John's which could get you towed. I am considering looking for a different retinal doctor. If you want that size practice then you need a facility big enough to accommodate parking.

Doctor and staff are fine, I don't have a comparison for this service. However, how appointments are managed is unacceptable. I bring my mother in law to appointments and have never spent less than 2 hours, most of that time in waiting rooms - yes, there are multiple. It's unmanageable for anyone who has to take time off work or schedule appointments around other appointments. Unacceptable. If you can see another specialist in a better managed office, do whatever you can to avoid this office.

Takes a while to call you back to actually talk to the doctor. Appointment was at 8, it's 9:20 and I'm still waiting to speak with the doctor.

Most the staff is nice and friendly. The issue is the doctor Dalla is very unprofessional and makes mistakes and tries to fix his mistakes before anyone can file a lawsuit against him.

My second time that I have went to this place and will never go back!. They don't respect your appointment which is very sad and to top it off you have to wait two hours!. Right when I asked for my money back so I can leave they want to tell me that I was next?!. When they took care of this other person who came 20 mins after me!. And they told me to come earlier next time lol! When I did in fact came in earlier. So disappointed I'll happily take my time and money to a professional place.
