This store has a great selection of stylish frames in multitudes of sizes and bridge fits, as well as excellent customer service. The associate who helped me today was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have long eyelashes and a low bridge, making it hard to find well fitting glasses. He was able to help me find flattering frames that were a perfect fit and recommended lens options that suited my needs. His assistance and the selection of many hard to find low bridge fit options to choose from made this the best eyeglass shopping experience I've ever had! Since most lens coatings are already included here vs add ons, I was also able to get two pairs of prescription eyeglasses for the cost of what I've previously spent on one pair at other retailers. Today I discovered Warby Parker has more flattering and better fitting frames than other retailers while also providing premium lenses at a lower cost. I will never shop elsewhere for glasses now!

I've been using this location for my eye glasses three years running now, and every time the employees remember my name and provide phenomenal customer service. I'm happy with the products that I get there, but it truly is the stellar customer service that keeps me returning. Thank you!

Great experience. Staff were super helpful, great variety and selection, seem to be good quality but way more affordable than other stores nearby, easy to try on glasses without having someone pull frames for you or unlock cases, easy check out process. Very happy with the entire experience.

The selection of frames far exceeded my expectations and the service could not have been better. I was told to try on any I wanted and to feel free to make a "pile" of any that interested me. I was presented with additional options for my lenses (such as blue light filtering), but I did not feel pushed. My frames will be mailed directly to me, so I don't need to make another trip unless I choose to have them adjusted. Happy all around!

I love Warby Parker. Cheap prices for trendy styles and quality. Went there to purchase glasses even though they were out of network. Staff was easy to work with and clear pricing made this a quick and easy purchase!

I've shopped here for my husband, my mom, and now myself. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. I love the frame options (tho I desperately wish the Chamberlin frame came in a narrow lighter tortoise color but that's fine) and I am excited to get my new frames!
