I had such a wonderful experience at my yearly eye exam. The office was comfortable, and ran right on schedule -- which I truly appreciate. Taylor, the optometry assistant was personable, kind, very knowledgeable and we clicked right away. Dr. Stephens was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every part of the exam in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with patience and care. It's clear they genuinely prioritize their patients' eye health and overall well-being. The optician was also so helpful when it came to selecting frames -- I have a petite face shape and she helped guide me through the process of picking a frame that fit me well! Year after year, this office consistently provides top-notch care, and I always leave feeling confident that my vision is in the best hands. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and trustworthy optometry team!

I absolutely love this Vision Clinic. I have been seeing Dr. Lisa for a few years now and really appreciate how she takes the time to explain everything and shows me digital images to help me visualize and understand my issues and concerns. The front staff is very nice and welcoming. The assistants that did some of the exams were very nice and explained the process. Everything was done smoothly and at no time was my appointment rushed. I feel like the smaller size business is a positive as it creates a very relaxed and unrushed experience. All the employees seem to really enjoy working there, as they all had a pleasant attitude. Lisa in the eyeglasses department is a very nice lady and very knowledgeable about insurance and I would recommend her when obtaining eyewear. All around great place.

Dr. Seiler was superb. She was extremely thorough in her examination. Her diagnosis, explanations, and recommended treatment were very clearly stated. Her manner of interaction was professional, yet warm. All the staff was friendly, welcoming and attentive from the time I arrived until I left. In summary my experience at Wichita Family Vision was exceptionally positive.

Dr Stephens is the absolute best. I've been going to him for 15 years. I now live out of state, but make sure to come back for my vision checks each year. He and his staff are knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Highly recommend!

My appointment began on time. All of the staff who helped with my visit introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. Dr. Durham is always pleasant and never rushes me, and he explains treatment options thoroughly. I always feel welcomed and valuable as a patient.

I had no time in the waiting room. Didn't even sit down before I was headed back for preliminary tests. Each step of the appointment was pleasant and relatively short. Everyone explained what they were doing and my next steps. Very good staff.

I've been a patient of Wichita Family Vision clinic for 8 years and I have to tell you the building, the staff, the assistants and the doctors are wonderful, friendly, professional and caring. They go far and above what an eye exam should be. They are extremely thorough and have every type of modern diagnostic equipment you didn't even know existed. My Doctor is doctor Stevens and he is great, friendly and professional. Don't just get your new prescription for contacts or eye glasses, come to this place and get your complete eye health taken seriously and professionally.

I've been a patient of Dr Durham for the last several years, he's knowledgeable, straight forward and has helped my dry eyes a great deal. Everyone in the office is friendly, helpful, a pleasure to interact with. I was referred by my daughter and she and her family are patients of Wichita Family Vision.
