I always have a great experience at Wichita Optometry. The Doctors and staff are very efficient and thorough. Dr. Broberg takes her time and really listens to me and my concerns. I appreciate not being rushed through my appointment. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went on a quiet Tuesday morning. When I walked in, I met Ed and told him what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and immediately went to showing me the type of frames that I requested. I saw a pair that I liked and set it aside as a possibility. I put on another possible choice while looking and really liked how it felt. Turned out, it was the same frame, different color, from earlier! I was happy to be able to get the purple one's that I liked. After helping me with my selection, Ed got my information and submitted it to insurance to make sure I was covered there. Then he entered the eye prescription and the eye measurements that he took into the computer, which he did so accurately. I was told it would probably be 2-3 weeks...it was one! I was so excited! I buzzed right there and again, Ed made sure they were adjusted properly before I walked out the door. This review may sound like a shout-out to Ed, but a company is only as good as it's employees. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. But most importantly, I love my glasses! They fit great and look good, too! Thank you, Wichita Optometry

I've spent nearly a month trying repeatedly to get so much as a how do you do regarding the frames I ordered before Thanksgiving and was calling on before that. I had to call 4+ times just to get an answer on what the cost might potentially be for replacement frames after sending my information through on the first call. Then a week after I finally get someone on the phone long enough to pay for the replacement frames that I get told are ordered and will arrive in two weeks. A week after that I get a call saying that they don't have the frames in the color I have and they'll have to order them in a different color if thats Ok. Sure. Two weeks after that I start calling because ive heard nothing and once again I can't even buy a callback or text response. Then on Thursday after bothering them again I finally get a response ans it turns out the frames areiced. So I decide to use my lunch hour to drive down to the office, only to find out that the frames had come in a couple days ago and they were sitting in the office with no name on them. To top all of that off I then find out that the frames were the wrong model because they didn't put the correct model down when the were ordered them initially. Even better is that I get told in the office that they'll call the other branches to see if anyone has something usable and apparently that takes more than a work day because once more I still haven't gotten so much as a how do you do. My glasses have been held together with JB Weld and electrical tape for over a month now and at this point I'm looking for a new optometrist office.

I had my annual eye appointment this morning and it was a great experience as always. Jessica checked me in and did the initial tests. She explained my options and completed the testing quickly and professionally. I was then seen by Brook, a student doctor, she was professional and thorough explaining what she was looking for and the procedures she was completing. Finally Dr. Blasi saw me and explained my vision changes from the previous visit. Everyone was polite, friendly and kind.

I went to another top eye clinic for 18yrs. On my first visit at Wichita Optometry, Dr Drew Heide ( a brillant doctor) gave me better care and explained issues way clearer, and offered solutions with more care than all those 18 yrs before. I am very happy with the care I received and highly recommend Wichita Optometry. Thank you Dr Heide!!

Went to my appointment today and it went very well. The receptionist was very friendly and polite and knew how to get things done correctly. The assistant made me feel comfortable. She also was friendly and polite. I had almost no wait time. She did the testing and did well. Then I didn't have hardly any wait time before the Dr came in. He checked my eyes also and told me what he thought. He answered my questions and then I left. This is a great eye Dr office and I would recommend to everyone. The Dr was great. I Loved the Dr. She was great. The rest of the staff was great as well. It just took a bit longer to order glasses then I would have liked because I had to call the one while I was there to get exact coverage for glasses and contacts.

I would like to say what a rewarding experience I had as always when I come to Wichita optometry. I think very highly of Dr Wynn spelling forgive me! I know my eyes are very well taken care of! So, I proudly give five !
