Highly recommend. Convenient location right off Nelson & Country Club. Beautiful clean building, plenty of parking and 2 handicap spots with a ramp as well. When you walk in you will see the front desk right away. Everyone was friendly and professional. Arrived 10 min early and was taken back right after filling out paperwork (new patient and not a lot to fill out). Maybe a 10 min wait for the doctor. Doctor was professional and friendly at the same time. Smooth process overall and very happy with my visit.

We brought our son to McCain Family Eyecare after a recommendation from our pediatrician. What a blessing it was the moment we walked in the door! The staff was so eager to help and very friendly. Once we were called back, the employee was super friendly and made our son feel right at home. Dr. McCain comes in and made us feel comfortable, explained everything thoroughly, wanted our questions and took time to answer each one, and our son was thrilled with his experience. After the eye exam, each employee and Dr. McCain were all talkative and just made us feel right at home by being available and beyond ready to help. Recently had my first appointment at McCain Family Eyecare with Dr. L McCain. Very impressed from start to finish. She never rushed me and took a lot of time answering all my questions. (I'm new to needing glasses) Loved the look of the clinic, it was very clean and contemporary. Great variety of frames to select from. I had a hard time choosing just one pair because I liked so many! Staff was friendly and courteous.

I have had MANY eye exams in my life, but observing the eye exam my daughter received today was above and beyond the most thorough appointment I have ever witnessed! Every test that was done was thoroughly explained in great detail. Dr. Lauren McCain took her time in evaluating every aspect of my daughter's vision. She took the time to show the digital images that were taken and explained what she was seeing in each image. The secretary at the front desk was also EXTREMELY friendly both on the phone and in person and did a great job helping us choose some glasses! I HIGHLY recommend this business! Great addition to our community!

The most amazing staff and doctors you will ever experience. I got my glasses in the week of Thanksgiving, not knowing they needed to be adjusted. I called Wednesday before just to see if anyone was in the office. Dr. Lauren McCain not only did she pick up the phone, she stayed there until I actually was able to make it by there, which was probably 2 hours later than I called. Dr. Mason McCain, Dr. Lauren McCain, and Courtney are one of the most sincere who genuinely care about their clients and their well-being. I could go on and on but you will never find a more compassionate staff when it comes to Eyecare. Thank you again for all y'all have done for me!!!
