Friendly, reliable, and experienced. I don't pay for insurance so Out of pocket expense is my method, keep that in mind if you are looking for good reviews.

Dr McCain charged 150 for contact fitting, then turned around and charged insurance 150... And did same thing for my son. When asked if I would get refunded once insurance paid and he said yes. Fought w insurance to get approval and he wouldn't add the code to go through... or what he told me. He already charged and got his money... total swindler. Total lie, then contacts he offered were cheap ones he stocks for profit after paying in cash. Staff members do not look happy and are not welcoming. Feels forced. Go to Walmart, pay 100$ and get Bausch and Lomb contacts w better service.

Great experience. Friendly staff and Dr. Menard was very professional and courteous. We'll be back!

Deceiving experience. When I called, the receptionist was attentive to my needs, but once I arrived, it was a different story. Caring for a child with special needs is already challenging, and being treated poorly at a medical facility only adds to the stress. We had a 2:30 appointment and arrived at 2:15, completing the paperwork promptly. Yet, we found ourselves waiting while three people who arrived after us were seen first. When I asked about the delay, the technician was dismissive, stating "next" rather rudely. After 24 minutes, she finally came to retrieve my son, but her demeanor was unwelcoming and far less warm than that of the staff who attended to others. On a positive note, the doctor was fantastic. He was informative, compassionate, and truly dedicated to his work, which is why I increased my rating to two stars. However, I cannot recommend this facility. If the doctor were elsewhere, I would consider it, but otherwise, it's a firm no for me.

I called on 3/24/25 left a message stating I would like to schedule an appointment as new patient. I received a call back within a couple of hours & was scheduled for following day 3/25/25. Arrived @ 8:45 my appointment was for 9am. I was greeted very kind & professional both Dr & Staff were very fast & efficient & I was out the door with glasses ordered within 45 minutes start to finish. Also a very CLEAN & Well kept office.

Dr. Menard and his staff are amazing. I came in for a contact fitting and eye exam and the staff were just very welcoming. Dr. Menard and his amazing staff answered all of my questions.

Today was my first time as a patient and I must say if I could give 10 stars I would. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and nice. The rest of the staff and dr was amazing. Best experience ever since it's been years since I've seen a eye dr. Keep up the awesome work..
