My doctor is the most precious and nicest doctor ever had make sure she does her girl she checked everything on my eyes and she I've been coming to you for years if you want a great eye doctor come to Dr. Hong Nguyen, O. Attemting to buy prescription glasses as prescribed by a Heitmieir doctor . A written prescription was never given to me. I went to the Holiday location to order glasses. I was told to call the officr in Marrero I was instructed to request that they fax the prescription to Ms.Tina by Ms Tina. Then to call Ms Tina to verify her receipt of yhe prescription.
I called ms tina the next two days and was instructed to leave name & number and my call would be returned
It is the 4th day @ 9:30 am.
Called the number listed and pressed 2 to check on glasses. Phone call disturbed the prrson who answered. I asked for ms Tina. Was told she doesnt work there. I asked if there was a number i could call and was told to look it ip.

Can I just give a Negative star, HORRIBLE customer service, Not a large selection on glasses, they close when they want, they don't pick up the phone either. Its hard to bring my mother to the doctor because I have to take a day off and bring the kids with me, I called several times to make sure they were open, never picked up the phone and when we got there they were closed for inventory with No sign. My mother can't see with her glases I guess we just need to go somewhere Else. Stay away from this COLD hearted CARELESS people.

I am not a person who typically leaves reviews but because of my experience it was necessary. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The front desk, appointment and billing staff are totally unprofessional. I needed an urgent appointment and had a referral to this place from my Physician's office. Before I could even make it to the appointment someone from the front desk called to say that my insurance was inactive which was not true. I offered to drop off a copy of my insurance card and even to provide a number that providers can call and was told we have website that we use and we can't call.I called with a representative from the insurance company on the phone and he was treated in the same manner that I was. I have had bad experiences with ophthalmology offices before but nothing to this extent. It's safe to say that I canceled the appointment.

So po'd because it shouldnt take over 3 weeks to recieve your new prescription eyeglasses and the staff just dont show any concerns about their customers and its always so excuse. Poor customer service and seriously poor attitudes towards the customer calling with concerns why it is taking so long. Definately will not be a returning customer or patient in the future.

I gave 1 star because there is no way to leave zero. The service is terrible. Never in my entire life have I ever waited SO LONG for one singular appointment. Which is unfortunate because I can't afford to take an entire day off from work for an eye appointment. They can do better and they should!

HORRIBLE customer service. The first time I came in the office a customer was having an issue. That should've been a red flag. Subsequent visits customers were having issues. They will give you glasses that you can't see out of and then you will be made to feel as though it is your fault. I wish I had read these reviews prior to visiting and heeded the signs. This is a very deceptive & unscrupulous business. Please be forewarned.
