I went in for an exam so I could get a contact. However, at the end of the appointment, I had no other choice but to see a corneal specialist. I've been wearing a thong for a while, and I've been fine. I haven't seen the need to go for a couple of reasons (good vision and not having the expenses being the biggest reason.) I explained to the doctor that I don't have money for surgery, and I just need to be fitted for a contact until I could afford it. Doctor didn't budge.She even suggest I uproot and go back home for surgery because I mentioned I don't have anyone here to help...I can't just up and Leave my life and my job. I honestly thought my doctor was rude in the way she was delivering the suggestion. If you don't want to be forced to do something you aren't prepared to do, don't go here. I understand that she wants me to have perfect vision, but she needs to consider what people can do in the moment and help them where they are.

When calling to reschedule my daughter appointment the lady said :"you can't book appointment until you pay your bill" I was like ma'am I'm active duty military Tricaire should pay that already. When I called Tricaire they informed that they switched their billing coding to make the client pay instead of going through them. If you go there please make sure you look over your bill and make sure they told you upfront the cost of your procedures
