Aris Kelly OD

I have used Dr. Kelly for years and have been very satisfied until this year. My appointment was on Dec. 5, 2025. Contacts were order. It is now Dec. 26, 2025, and I still have no contacts. I realize the Christmas season can slow things down, but this is ridiculous. I have called the office every day this week, and phone calls go to a machine which says the mailbox is full. I only have the trial pair that were given to me on Dec 5. I truly need my contacts.

Been using for years, will NOT be returning. I have been going to both the Bossier and the Shreveport location for probably 15+ years. I've never had an issue until this last year. I had a appointment last October. Took a month to get contacts. I was not told this nor has it ever taken that long. I called in March and May without being able to get threw to the office. Straight to voicemail during office hours or it just rings and goes to voicemail. It's always full. There is no other way to reach out to the office. People have been posting comments here for a while saying the same thing. The business doesn't seem to care. First, I was trying to get my glasses prescription. I had to walk in and ask for it. The second go around was to order contacts. It's insane. Just called today to order contacts and got put on hold for 6 minutes. Called back twice with 10 minutes of that call and no one answered. Voicemail is full. I gave up and ordered my contacts online.

Love these people! Very professional office, yet personable and friendly as well. Dr. Kelly took into consideration all my concerns and provided me with several different types of contacts to try. They found solutions to my terribly dry eyes being able to wear contacts again and I couldn't be happier!

My experience here was very discouraging . In April I gotten my eyes checked and ordered two boxes of contacts. A month went by, no call so I decided to call them for an update on when my contacts will come Was in hold 20 minutes a girl answered and then put me on hold for another 10 mins. They said my contacts did not come in. I waited 2 more weeks, and then went up their. Still, contacts did not come in euth no satisying answer as to why not. Foolishly on my part it took me to September to go up there for a refund. No contacts, no courtesy call, nothing. VERY DISSAPOINTED. AND won't be using services again

I found this provider after looking at the reviews for Vision 4 Less and tried to make an appointment with this doctor. Several times I called Dr. Kelly's office during business hours and no one answered. I left voicemails multiple times with my information and no one bothered to return my calls. There are multiple reviews that indicate that whomever is managing the office is doing Dr. Kelly a disservice. I ended up going with another provider and using another place for getting my lenses there in town. Not only did they give me the time of day, but took good care of me unlike Dr. Kelly's office.

Husband took teen daughter there this week, first visit! Neither could've been more pleased. Seldomly, if ever, does one hear such great feedback from not one, but two family members, both of which have a vast age difference, from any medical related experience. nicest front staff. absolutely great people up there. would give them seven stars if I could.

Totally misinformed causing me to waste half my eye benefits. Was also told a full year of contacts with my insurance would be nearly 80$ AND there was no way to clean the contacts I got. No, just throw them out. I go to target and get the same brand, same rx and 1yrs worth for only 14$ w my insurance benefits. To top it off I got a cleaning kit for free and what a difference in comfort. Dr Kelly's staff is completely uneducated and caused me to lose near 200$ not to mention a year of discomfort wearing contacts that should've been cleaned weekly. I recommend the eye Dr at target right behind this office, but don't go here.
