I brought my foster son in to fill a prescription for eyeglasses from another optometrist. I've had difficulty finding someone who would take our specific Medicaid, but when I called to inquire the staff was extremely professional, friendly, and beyond helpful. We dropped in without an appointment and were seen almost immediately. The lovely lady helped my foster son pick out his glasses, explained everything, and took care of the whole process. Very pleasing experience all around.

I had the worst customer experience because I took a chair (that was sitting against the wall in an empty room) into the crowded reception area to sit on while I waited to see the doctor!
The receptionist empathized with my concerns and actively listened to me all while being interrupted by the staff member in question.
I was not speaking to this person and she kept inserting herself into our conversation. The receptionist had to ask this individual to stop interrupting me and leave the room.
It pains me to write this unfavorable review but at no point did the office manager or doctor approach me about my concern.
This was my third visit and will be my last. I prefer an office where I am respected, appreciated and my concerns are addressed properly.

I love Dr. Jordan. I have been going to him for years. Yes his office may be a little out of date but he does a great job. He may be but ole school but he makes sure you get what you need. So who cares how the office looks as long as it is clean. The bathroom is clean and the doctor gets the job done.

Dr Jordan was extremely professional and answered all my questions. Not only did he explained everything in layman's terms, he also told me what to expect after wearing readers for a year instead of my prescription. His office was pristine, and his receptionist went above and beyond helping me select affordable frames. What you see with Dr Jordan and his staff is what you get, no gimmicks or double talk, just reasonably priced eyewear and a doctor who is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. In no way was he rude or unprofessional, in fact, he was the complete opposite! He has a private practice but is also the optometrist for David Raines, which helps low income families. I would definitely recommend making an appointment with Dr Jordan, especially if you want a no nonsense, affordable optometrist.

This office is very unorganized. The equipment Dr. Jordan uses us outdated. I think he is running a scam because he refused to extend my contact prescription past 6 months when my insurance will only pay for one exam a year. He said I would have to pay for another exam to get more contacts. I have been put on hold for 15 minutes before and the receptionist come back not having checked on what I had been holding for. Very unprofessional staff and poor customer service. I had to go by to pick up correct rx because they faxed the wrong one. They don't like for you to buy products from other places.
