Dr. Christine Davis

My family and I were long time customers at eye care / look eye care. The past year we've seen Dr. Christine Davis. At my first appt she prescribed new contacts for me. I tried them for a week and could not deal with them, they were uncomfortable. She seemed so frustrated with me but I blew it off. Today I brought my daughter for contacts and I'm shocked at how rude and condescending she was to us both and we ended up leaving without getting a contact fitting. First time in my life I've dealt with a doctor that was extremely unprofessional. I don't recommend her at all.

Did not care for Dr. Davis at all! She was very rude!! Took numerous times to get them to answer the phone. I also left numerous voicemails with no response back. I was recently diagnosed with hydrocephalus (idiopathic intracranial pressure) and I'm having bad headaches. My vision has also gotten much worse! My MRI showed significant changes in the optic nerve sheaths. She said they were fine. The radiologist read the MRI! Neurology requested a copy of the medical report/exam because I could get in to see her faster than I could at the other clinic. She said she wouldn't have it ready anytime soon and that I needed to have the doctor's office send them a request. I've worked in Doctor's offices and that's not the only way I can get a copy. She was very rude. I can't say that enough!! After the exam, when we walked over to the Glasses portion of the building, she walked WAY ahead of me and hollered to the glasses tech "She definitely does not want bifocals even though I think she should get them" That was totally unprofessional and I do not want to ever go there again. As a matter of fact, I haven't even gone to order my glasses yet. That's very sad! I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE!!

Unable to reach dr . Davis office . Horrible service . I don't know how can I reach them on phone . I took my mother there for her vision appointment and they told me that they will call me back about the insurance approval which they never did and when I am trying to reach them they are least bothered to answer the calls . AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ANY COST WHERE THERE IS NO CUSTOMER IMPORTANCE.

I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism and basic manners before. Actually walked out in the middle of my appointment rather than continuing to be condescended to. Outrageous.

So disappointed. I was charged 90 dollars a box for contacts that are right a 50 everywhere else.
