My experience raises serious concerns regarding both the quality of care and the products provided through this practice. I purchased a pair of reading glasses for approximately $150, and within just one week, the lens fell out while I was traveling through the airport. This rendered the glasses unusable and reflects extremely poor quality, especially at that price point. Additionally, after reviewing other customer feedback, it appears that my experience may not be isolated. Multiple individuals have reported similar issues, suggesting a pattern of substandard products and a lack of accountability. As a patient and consumer, I am deeply concerned that this practice may not be operating in a manner that prioritizes quality care, transparency, or fairness.
