Dr. Wilson B. Baber, MD

I have been seeing dr baber since April 2024. I was diagnosed with wet macular degeneration, which had taken almost all my sight in my left eye. Dr baber and his staff were wonderful. I was very scared, especially about the injections. But dr baber took every opportunity to explain all the details, going over the pictures of my eye, .making sure I fully understood everything. He and his staff have always treated me with the utmost care and respect. After the injections, I now have partial vision in my left eye for which I'm grateful. I will continue to recommended dr baber and his staff to family & friends for his caring manner,as well as his medical skills. Did I experience extremely long wait times? Only once out of 7 visits, and staff checked on me frequently that day. Dr baber also apologized several times for the unusual wait. I will continue to use dr baber, for his medical skills,as well as he and his staff's caring attitude.

Dr Baber has always explained everything about my eye. I have had two surgeries and he was very great ! Everyone in his office is very nice and friendly.

Glaucoma surgery was not completed leaving my retina detached. Released and given an appointment to return in two months. When a retina is detached more than 30 days, vision cannot be restored. He said "eye needs more healing" and return in two more months," not it's too late to restore my sight. Blind in my left eye. State medical board said there was no wrong doing so I got kicked down twice! My life has totally changed and more stressful with teduced sight. Hopefully this will not happen to anyone else. BEWARE!

I had been to this office before with a different doctor back in 2009 and had received some very good service. Dr. Baber was someone I hadn't seen before, so I was a bit nervous. There was a bit of a waiting period where an hour passed before I got to see him. But it was okay since the atmosphere around me was very friendly, especially among other patients waiting with me. When I did see him, he was very kind, actually a handsome guy. He apologized for the wait. He gave me very comforting feedback on my diagnoses.

Even if he is a good doctor the wait is not worth it. Everytime he is over booked and the wait is forever. Supposed to have one more visit but I won't be back. I should never have to wait two hours past my appointment time. That is every visit not just the first one. Ridiculous.

I love he and his staff understand the eye issues I have. Most people dont! Make you feel at ease and all very kind!

We were very pleased with the office visit. Since it was our first visit, we had to fill out paperwork, so our wait time was a little long. Dr. Baber was very busy which showed me that he is a good doctor. He and his staff were VERY professional and polite! I'm glad we were referred to him.

Worst ran doctor office I unfortunately have to visit. Through three appointments we arrive on time but always end up waiting 3 hours until we get seen. The last straw was when they scheduled my daughter for 1245 and we got a reminder to come 15 minutes before our appointment. When we got there they told us the doctor's is on lunch. Advice if you have a choice do not choose this office.
