THIS Is ALL I Got! No Case! No Cloth! Just a plastic bag with 2 lens wipes Good Only for 1 Use! This pickup was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! The customer service was ok... (due to the lady before me receiving a cloth and little baggie) I give this visit a 2 star...Nothing More... Nothing less...Be Blessed

First time I used them 4 years ago get the wrong color glasses in. Today 2 weeks after I ordered the glasses I get them. Can't see distance or up close. Told I have to wear them awhile to adjust. Anywhere else I've bought glasses I put them on and I can see no problem, just slight adjusting. Not can't see anything clear. Can't read signs on buildings, road signs. Just they'll adjust. Will not use it recommend this company ever.

This company will never get another penny from me again nor will I ever recommend someone to this company. I went in the fall of 2022 to get prescription sunglasses. They took roughly 5-6 weeks to get them back from being "built." The prescription was perfect, but it felt like I had drunk goggles on because they made me super nauseas. So they sent them back to a different lens making company to see if they could fix this issue. Issues still was not fixed... but the lady told me, "try them out for a week or two and if it's not better, come in and we will get a different frame and lens cut for you." I said okay great... I went back a few weeks ago, Their answer was "Sorry sir, there is nothing we can do about this since this process started when we were the old company. We changed names at the beginning of 2023." So not only am I out $400 on glasses, look at the picture attached... the frame is so stretched out from the prescription lens, the regular lens that comes with it doesn't even fit and falls out!! Do not use this company. I have all my insurance paper work also, and they still would not do anything about it.

My family has been customers for over 10 years and I am very upset at how I was treated today. The young girls that take eye pressure & initial screening were super friendly but the doctor came in and made one rude remark after another to me & my daughter. She was very unprofessional and obviously hates her job

Don't go here! Staffing is rude, place you on hold and forget about you, holds your prescription hostage! Refusing to give to you unless you make a purchase from them. Cannot force paying customers to spend THEIR MONEY at this establishment.

They are so rude one of the reasons I don't like coming here, they use to be so nice. And still rude the clerks, and cause me to go spend amount somewhere else, wasn't the price that bothered me it was the tone and delivery omg . Love my glasses from Vision 4 Less... Learn customer service EyeCare employees...

hasn't been right since Dr. Bakowski when they were located on Pierremont. I haven't had the frames a full 3 weeks and every time the wind blows something comes off very CHEAP!!!!! Fell on the floor and lens just popped out. Stem broke off from metal part within a week of having them

These people have attitudes at the front office. We are customers and you wouldn't have a job without them. It's customer service. That's your job.
