My first time visit to the eye care center...Lusk & Associates.
First of all, I was impressed with the greetings of the receptionists. They were very nice and helpful.
My scheduled visit appointment got me right in on time to see Dr. Walker. Dr. Walker is a real professional and he treats you with dignity; he is also gentle. And his personal assistant was very knowledgeable and willing to help you to be comfortable under the circumstance.
My next visit was with Doctor Lusk and it was very good too. He is a real good professional and he is ready to work with you in many ways. I find him to be very professional and he's gentle and kind with his patients. I would highly recommend this eye clinic to anyone.

Dr. Luck operated on the wrong eye. Suppose to be clear view anywhere past my finger tips. It was instean done for reading.
I told him after i was able to see & he said that's why the lady that talked to me, when I originally went in, is no longer there. She had been giving people incorrect info. Never returned my money or did anything to compensate me in any way. I am a singl mother & it was not covered by insurance.

My surgery was perfectly successful; No complaints there. The office is a mess, though. No one communicates with each other, my first appointment was not entered in the computer, my papers weren't filled out so the doctor fussed at the techs in front of me, etc...kind of a cluster.

My left eye surgery for cataract was great. Update, yesterday I thought my eye was infected. Not, my eye pressure was 50. Dr James Lusk was extremely worried. Did a procedure on my eye to lower it. Told me next 5 days are critical. I may lose my eye. I told him I trust him wholeheartedly.
