The tech that did the exam and doctor that I worked with were GREAT! Really excited about the new knowledge I have about my vision especially as I age into my 40s over the next few years. Grateful to the manager that helped with my purchase, he took great care of me. Overall, it was an incredible experience and I look forward to coming to pick up my sunglasses on a couple weeks.

Very thorough eye exams, i personally think they try to get everyone even people that don't need lasik to go see a doctor that does it, sat and waited at least 30 minutes for my appointment to start, not a fan that there isn't a doctor in person at this facility and just on a screen

I had never had an optometry appointment online before, so I was skeptical. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The optometrist's assistant was wonderful and I would return just because of her. They were so thorough! I do wish that they carried a wider range of contact samples though because I ended up walking out with the closest sample they had to my prescription. Now, I'm going to have to go back when the correct samples come in. I also bought a really cute pair of frames online, and they won't put lenses in them because it isn't a brand they sell.

Worst experience ever! The staff is not appropriately trained and clearly not familiar with the procedures at all. Plus, I was told that the contact lens trial was arriving in 5 days. Two weeks later when I called to check, it turned out that they forgot to place the order. I don't know how much longer it takes for me to finally get my prescription. I should have checked the Google rating and comments before I scheduled the exam. Now I want my 100 bucks back!
