I went on Monday. It was presidents day but their hours said they were open. I couldn't get anyone on the phone. My husband took work off early and they were closed. I showed up today 20 minutes before they were suppose to close l, again my husband had to take work off early, and they were closed. No one answered the phone. It's a 35 minute drive each way. They are suppose to be a walk in clinic but I have no idea when they are open.

This place is a joke!! I had an eye test about a month ago and had glasses made per their prescription. The glasses weren't right! I sent the glasses back to the manufacturer to have them checked. They were correct per script. I told the eye center I needed a new eye test so I could get the correct prescription to send in to have my glasses fixed before the warranty RUN out so it wouldn't cost me. They didn't care!! Even though it was their mistake. they said they couldn't get me in for a new eye test till October when my warranty on my glasses was way out!! Do not go here! It's ridiculous!!

I absolutely love my doctor I see, the only reason I had to come here was due to my current insurance, but the woman at the check out is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life! I really don't understand why people go into customer service positions with an ugly attitude.

I would trust Scott Kavanaugh as much as a surgeon as his wife did...but he sleeps with his staff...so I wouldn't trust him to open the door for me , let alone treat my eyes. He really should not be a trusted physician at a reputable hospital if they want an excellent reputation. That would definitely make him an HR nightmare and predator in my opinion.

Very inconvenient place to go come 2 1/2 hours away twice appointment was cancelled the first time second time my appointment was rescheduled the day of after I was confirmed the day before people are inconsiderate and do bad business and scheduling I'm done with this place never again September 6,2023
