I have been needing to get glasses for a while now. I called yesterday at 5 pm. to check if they take walk-ins, which they do, but if you have an appointment, you are primary. They were able to schedule me one at 6 pm, which was surprising. I got there early, and they started everything right away. The ladies were very helpful since I didn't know what insurance to go with. Everyone there was extremely, friendly, helpful and professional. Hailey, especially!! She helped me pick out glasses and was honest if they didn't look good on me. She took the time and made sure I found the prefect pair. They closed at 7 pm, which most people would have just said, whatever pair looked good. So they could get home. But she didnt, she didnt rush me at all!! And I appreciate that so much! Thank you, Hailey! And also thank you to all the ladies that worked last night.

Yesterday I set an sameday appointment and was treated like family. Desiray, Miriam, and Hailey were amazing. Desiray helped me all the way through my glasses journey and was an absolute pleasure. Miriam was sweet as can be. Hailey was very welcoming. There was another young lady there I didn't have much interaction with but she was very pleasent with the other customers. Today was my best experience getting my eye exams and picking out glasses out of all the places I've been, during the exam they explained what they test and how and what they look for, and Hailey was very very helpful in picking out my frames and finding what works best for me and helping me feel confident in the frames! Both associates went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was knowledgeable about what I was getting!

The young lady that assisted me was very helpful and professional. I just needed lenses. Definitely wouldn't recommend extremely expensive. Also when it was time to pick up my glasses they called didn't leave a voicemail but once I called back magically a text message and email came afterwards. Also another young lady that worked there was discussing with a customer how horrible a so called Shreveport accent was and I guess she thought it was cute to talk where all customer could hear her. Very offensive in my opinion. Won't ever do business with them again .

The exam is not in person, but like a Zoom - the examiner is on the TV screen.
I am not sure if these are doctors or techs...
We took our grandson (12).
Had absolutely no help in choosing appropriate frames. No wonder there are so many kids out there with frames that are too big - no one helps. Maybe the salesperson/"optician" are not trained in fitting frames to the face.
I am a certified optician and was able to find some suitable frames myself. The employee might at least point out which wall you might wanna look at, but customer service was practically nonexistent.
