Target Optical

We went to get my glasses today and was helped by Tori. She went above and beyond to help us. She was so great with service and had such a sweet attitude. I will definitely continue to go to target optical because of Tori. She truly represents your business and it's evident she loves her job!

Miki was wonderful. Professional, informative and kind. I keep coming back here because of her. She cares for my daughter, husband and me.

Tori at Target Optical gave me the best customer experience today. I hope to see her every time I order my contacts and glasses.

I had scheduled appointments at Target Optical in Shreveport, Louisiana, but the experience was very disappointing. The staff demonstrated poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude. When I asked a question, I was told, "If you want to leave, you can," instead of receiving assistance. This response was inappropriate and unwelcoming, and as a result, I left the store.

Mr. Thomas was excellent! He helped me with my insurance and helped me pick the perfect glasses that fit me well! Please give him a raise he is awesome!

I stopped in at Target Optical this afternoon to look at some frames. There were two people sitting there when I walked in. I barely got an acknowledgement. I really wanted help picking some frames because I have a hard time deciding on my own. So I started looking as they sat there. After a couple of minutes the young lady asked me if she could help. Yes, I am looking for some frames. She never moved from her seat. As I kep looking at frames, the gentleman asked what kind of frames I was interested in. I told him, then she gets up and picks up a pair of frames and hands them to me. I tried them on, told her what my preference was and she handed me another pair. I again gave her feedback on what I had in mind. She never picked up another frame, sat back at her desk and didn't say another word. I was obviously intruding on her time, so walked out. No one said a word. I walked to the back of the store to get something else (maybe 5 minutes) and as I was leaving the store, she was walking out with her things like she was leaving. It made me think that she was either going to lunch or leaving for the day. Regardless. I will NOT be back to Target in Shreveport. Very unprofessional and not at all helpful. That's probably at least $500 that they missed out on today. Its a shame because I have had good experiences in the past.

Tory is literally the best. She helped me pick the best glasses. She was polite, sincere, and so accommodating. 10/10! Will definitely be back at Target Optical.
