I was very hesitant on going to see the New eye doctors that took over Dr Brooks practice. Not only did I work for Dr Brooks for many years, but he was also my eye doctor. I have diabetes and must be seen yearly. From the minute I walked through door, the staff was kind and compassionate. They really made me feel at home. The doctor was very knowledgeable and made my experience a truly amazing experience. I don't think anyone would disagree. Dr Brooks would be more than happy with the care they are giving his patients.

Love Dr. Brooks and his staff they totally make you feel welcome and comfortable and Dr. Brooks even helped keep my young twins busy during my eye exam so they didn't make a fuss. I thought this was such a compassionate thing to do for a mom who had to bring very young children to an office visit and he didn't even seem to mind and made us feel very much at ease instead of a bother. Thank you Dr. Brooks and the kind ladies in the front office.

I don't believe that I am going back there again. I had my initial consultation with the Optometrist. The women at the front desk were nice. I found the woman who took me in to be pleasant and funny. As I spoke to her, I asked about contacts and she wrote down to fit me for them as my job requires safety glasses. Dr. Brooks dilated my eye and gave me a standard exam without fitting me. I reminded him that I needed that done and told him why. He gave me an attitude and said my glasses are safety glasses. Then I explained to him that I don't wear regular glasses to work. He then gave me a smug laugh when my wife informed him I tried on my ex wifes contacts. He basically without saying it was implying that I am stupid. This man has no soul. He argues with his patients and he is very cocky. Oh yeah on top of this, he said, "Can you afford $200.00?" This was after I called him out on laughing at me. BEWARE!

3 Grand kids went to Dr.Brooks very poor service and very rude and the front desk people especially. Took my Grand kids in to get the glasses and the lady who waited on us was the most rude person I've ever met in my life. I think they all need a class on politeness. I will never recommend or take my Grand babies back to that rude place.

I'm very surprised to see negative reviews - I've been going to Dr. Brooks for several years and he is one of the best health care providers I've ever been to. The admin staff are equally as kind and go above and beyond to help you.

I'm very pleased with Dr. Brooks and all the staff. He is definitely competent and I trust him with my eyes more than I would trust most MDs. Nothing but good experiences, and I love his humor. -Per

I have been a patient here since I was in elementary school. Such a great place! I love all the employees. When my insurance switched they went out on a limb for me. Nothing but great service, and great people. I will not be going anywhere else until I absolutely have to!

Took my daughter there today and they are awsome!!!!! There so friendly and Dr Brooks is GREAT with kids he made the the whole experience a fun game with my 7 year old daughter.
