I got two pairs of glasses and I'm so happy with them . Understandable show out to the eye doctor for getting the prescription right but the glasses were made perfectly and with multifocals that can me a challenge or an adjustment. I feel you get what you pay for. Invest in your vision and don't go cheap on glasses. They offer a second pair discount and they take VSP plans that you can get as an individual. My glasses were ready in a few days and I love the Coach pair I picked and my fun second pair. A great experience!

We went to the Bangor Eyemart Express yesterday afternoon for our new glasses. Our prescriptions had changed. The woman that helped us order the glasses was great. She was very knowledge, friendly, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.
Our glasses were ready to be picked up within 2 hours. They are perfect. We highly recommend this business.
They were busy when we got there the first time. We got right in when we went back to pick the glasses up. Depending on the time you go, you may have a wait. It's well worth the wait though.

Had a great selection of frames and price ranges. All the staff were super helpful and the sign in process makes everything go so much faster and efficiently. And I got a second pair of frames for only $10 more like WHAT! They give you a case and cloth with each frame. I lost my glasses a few days ago and needed a new pair asap! They were done with both in an HOUR! That was the fastest service for glasses ever

I didn't even want to do a 1 star for this place. I was in this morning around 11 January 12th. I waited for my name to be called, A man waited on me and asked first did I pick out a pair yet. I said no cause I want to know what im looking at with my insurance first. He looked my name up and said that my insurance i have isn't that great.
I asked how much after my insurance and he said for my lenses that I told him just plastic nothing fancy he said 125 bucks!!! He definitely didn't want to sell me any glasses.
I knew what my ins covers and what my co pay is. Won't be back. Didn't catch his name
