I went to this office for the first time in may 2024. I waited an hour and a half past my appointment time. DR. Self looked at my scans for 2 minutes then I was rushed out of the office after being carted from one waiting room to the next to wait for my eyes to dilate. I called the office showing my concerns obviously distraught about the situation. The receptionist hung up on me the office manager was even more disrespectful and rude rather then de-escalating the situation instead was extremely rude to me interrupted every other word that came out of my mouth and continue to tell me I wasn't allowed to be upset. I called to get the number and name of a person I could speak to to make a formal complaint and I was told there was nobody and got hung up on. I strongly recommend asking for another referral if you get referred to her office

My cousin goes to this Doctor and has nothing but great things to say about the staff, I have stepped in with him everyone is very nice and very polite and helpful.
