Lawrence Piazza, MD

I recently received excellent care regarding my cataract surgery by Dr. Lawrence Piazza. I was very nervous and had put off this procedure for a long time but I'm so grateful that I was referred to Coastal Eye Care in Ellsworth, Maine. I am completely impressed with the way everyone involved made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Piazza was dedicated to give me the best vision I have had in years. I am very satisfied with the whole experience from the initial visit to the final appointment today. Thank you all again for the kindness and great care I received.

I had cataracts removed in 2016 and at the same time I had both lens replaced. Prior to the procedures I had poor 20-200 vision. I just had my seventh post-operation appointment this morning and I still have 20/20 visions with the new lens. Needless to say I am very impressed and appreciative of Doctor Piazza and his very friendly staff! Our local eye doctors had strongly recommended Dr. Piazza, and I am very appreciative of that as well.

My previous Dr's were in NY and they new Dr Piazza so I chose him from their recommendation, since I now live here. I was very happy with the staff that greeted me , they were warm and friendly. I felt I recieved a very thorough exam and I would highly recommend Dr Piazza and his staff at Coastal Eyecare.

I would not have Dr Piazza touch you. I reported him to the Board of Medicine in Maine. He was very unprofessional and unkind. Please go to Bangor for cataract surgery. Don't trust him.
