Dr Shrader is good but her staff not always. I had an appointment scheduled today that was originally scheduled for getting a new prescription for my glasses. It became more after I had an unexpected visit in June for a floater in my left eye that developed a week earlier. All the tests were done to check on the status of my eyes focused primarily on the floater but the test for a new prescription was never completed even though I thought that it was. As a result , I'm stuck using glasses that don't allow me to see as well anymore. I'm not happy about this at all.
