I saw Dr. Cunningham today for the first time regarding my fear of having thyroid eye disease. He was great! Dr. Cunningham listened to my questions, was very thorough. He has an excellent bedside manner, and a great staff. So grateful!! Nicole Mattera

We were referred here by our son's pediatrician. The staff was flexible, very professional, and patient with our son. Their office was very clean. They let us know everything upfront and answered any questions we had. It's a little cheaper to pay with cash. Dr. Cunningham was also very knowledgeable, patient, and honest about services and treatment. I liked the fact that he took the time to show us images, explain things in laymen's terms, and send his findings to the pediatrician. Since he treats adults too, I might go back for myself.

Just called to schedule an appointment for my 4 years old who needs glasses. Dr. Cunningham was recommended by the pediatrician and my own optometrist... Sadly I didn't even make it passed the initial call before I was told that they don't except insurance and if my daughter has no medical need to see the optometrist then I would be charged. The pediatrician recommendation is not enough. Buyer beware. I guess rejection is protection

My son has been seeing Dr. Cunningham for several years, since he was a toddler, for Coloboma. He is kind, wonderful with kids, and knowledgeable. I have recommended Dr. Cunningham to my Dad who is in need of a new ophthalmologist. We are about 45-50 minutes from the office but the drive is worth it.

Dr. Cunningham and his staff were amazing! They made us feel very comfortable. Dr. Cunningham explained every thing to my daughter and made sure she had all her questions answered. We look forward to going to see them in July.

Dr. Cunningham changed my life for the better! I required strabismus surgery and not once has he ever made me feel incompetent or minuscule during the whole process. Surgery went very well and he was very compassionate, as well as knowledgeable regarding my needs. Staff was always friendly as well. I'll forever be grateful! Thank you Dr. Cunningham!

I had been going to this doctor since he brought out one of the greatest doctors around. Well for starters I had an appointment today 6/17/22 from last year and I don't remember them charging for credit card use but this time it was a five dollar charge. Next in order to get a prescription for your eyes glasses there is a $75 dollar charge. So I left never to come back and got home and called back for my medical records and was told the price for First Page is $22.88 and $.76 for each additional page. With this kind of service coming from a doctor I am so glad to move on. Buyer be ware. Staff was professional and only doing what they are told to do. This is very unethical coming from a doctor/office. I would have given a zero if allowed.

The doctor was nice enough, but the administrative part of the office is lacking. They don't even accept credit anymore so you have to seek reimbursement from your HSA/flex spending on your own. Then, I got a bill for my services and it showed I made a $20 in office payment...but I paid $70! When I took my bank statement there do you have it corrected she told me that in the computer it says I made a $70 payment and that it was correct. Sounded sketchy to me but what ever. Also on the same bill was $140 for my visit and I advised the front desk lady that I called my insurance and BCBS said to resubmit for payment. Well they "left a sticky note for the billing lady that was out". A month goes by and I get a collection agency letter for $140!!!! Im pretty positive that they never even tried to resubmit it. Never once did they call me!! The first year we went there we didn't have a problem, after this second go-round we switched back to our Annapolis eye associates and are very pleased. Well worth the drive to Annapolis to have good customer service and someone that's experienced with billing.
