The Doctor and Staff are very polite and took care of me very well. Made sure everything was done as the Doctor ordered. The Doctor always makes me feel comfortable. Thanks for making me feel at home.

Today is appointment. As I sit in the chair waiting for my eyes to open I am soooo happy I came here. I was nervous and crying when the doctor come in. She made me feel so much better. This is my new eye doctor . Thank-you From the receptionist to the eye doctor.

Ali took very good care of me today . I needed to replace my son's glasses before school started and he didnt want a new pair he wanted the exact same pair and I ran into a fork in the road but Ali gave me other options that made things smoother for me to be able to get the same glasses with warranty . My son is an honor roll student so he deserves exactly what he wants and today he's getting his favorite glasses brand new thanks to Ali .

This was my first time purchasing glasses for my youngest son, who needed them due to the severity of his eye condition. We had an eye exam done by his primary eye doctor and we only needed to buy frames. We were given a list of facilities that carry glasses for his age group, and with limited options in our area, we chose Visual Eyes Clinton. From selecting the frames to picking them up, the entire process was very impersonal. The front office staff seemed reluctant to answer my questions and often appeared bothered by my inquiries. I wanted to understand the measuring process for toddler glasses, how long he should wear them since it's his first time, warranty/return process and whether additional features like headbands would be necessary for his age group. None of this information was voluntarily provided, making me feel it was best to just get the frames and move on. I even had to ask for a cleaning cloth after picking up the glasses. Due to limited options in our area, we had no choice but to choose this facility. However, unless his glasses are broken, I have no intentions of returning.

I had such a wonderful experience here when I got my eye exam. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. I felt at home. The doctor was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I will definitely be back to get my glasses and contacts. Thank you all again!

Visited today as a new patient. Everyone was great. From Waquita, who checked me in and did my pre exam to Denise who did further examination. Then Dr. Nnabue explained everything. Optician, Ali, was incredibly patient, friendly & helpful. I didn't even make a purchase. I have to go back for further testing & have found my eye care home. The whole staff is awesome & I highly recommend this place. I was a little apprehensive because of the other reviews but what a pleasant experience I had.

I first called the office to see if they had children's glasses, the woman over the phone reported yes, so I arrived to the store the next day. When I arrived, a woman working the front desk informed me they didn't have smaller children's glasses, 5yo sizes to be exact. She informed me to go to amazon and bring in the frames to be filled with his insurance. While I was there I asked, how much would a second pair be, she reported around $70. As I followed the directions given by the worker, I soon brought back in the frames from amazon. When I arrived a new worker informed me I needed to pay an "outside frame fee", disturbed by this new fee, I let her know I wasn't told this information prior and it didn't make sense because their worker told me to do this...they dont have "small head frames"... I asked her for the price for the additional frames which she then told me a price over $150. At this point quite irritable at all the inconsistent information given from one small store, I paid the "outside frame fee" and left. I dropped the glasses off 5/14 its 6/18 today, still no glasses. The Clinton office isnt picking up the phone, their sister store doesn't have them they can just see "it still says processing without notes". They told me to call the Clinton store back for more information. Once I get these glasses with or without the prescription, we wont be back for anything else.

The staff is great! First time visiting i had to wait past my appointment time. However, they got me in out. Ms. ESTHER was awesome she squeezed me in with my son and answered all my questions. She was very friendly and welcoming when i visited the Clinton office. I recommend and will revisit.
