Great, thorough, & professional care every single visit. The staff is knowledgeable & caring. Charlie took time to assist one family member with learning about contacts-he is always encouraging & cheerful. On another visit, Lee explained every step of the appointment process. Dr. King really takes the time to explain all issues, offer advice & treatment options, and answer all questions in a thoughtful & relatable manner. A truly professional & well run office.

I first went here back in 2018 I believe. Back again last month for an overdue check up. Lee was the tech who did my exams and he was just wonderful. He gave clear instructions on each test, explained why we each test. He was efficient and kind! I was then able to speak with Dr. King (virtually, which was so cool). She pulled up all my tests, explained everything in detail. I felt like I actually learned more about my eyeballs! Excellent practice from scheduling, the receptionists, the techs and providers. So glad to be back with this group for my yearly check ups!

Dr. King was super helpful in diagnosing my eye issue and helped me get the right treatment plan. The only downside is that she works remote sometimes and can't see you in person. It would be awesome if they can get more staff to do the preliminary work and a more consistent office hours (it's all over the place).

One of the doctor wrote a prescription for my nephew and then he went to the lady in the reception to print out the prescription and she wrote the wrong eye sight number. Yesterday when He went to the eyeglass shop they told him that the prescription was typed wrong. The doctor was good but the lady in the reception was not doing her job properly.
