I went to this doctor office and the staff were excellent and very knowledgeable and respectful. The office was great I didn't have to go into so many closed room. This was the best eye examine office I been to. The doctor was professional and honest. I Would love to continue going to this office for my following eye appointment. The best

I was referred to this establishment by my optometrist for cataract removal surgery. Upon entering the facility, I was greeted professionally. I was told how to sign in at the kiosk and scan the required items. I really didn't have much of a wait, though every seat was practically filled. When I got to the back, all of the staff members that I had to either speak with or be examined by were phenomenal. They were professional, pleasant, caring, attentive, and some were funny. Everyone listened to my questions and concerns and provided answers that really helped me feel more comfortable. I really appreciated the surgical coordinator, Articia, who eased my mind and ensured my appointments were set up promptly. She was super great! Dr. Joseph Vojtko, aka "Dr. V," was very professional, caring, and you could tell he knew his stuff. He answered my questions before I could even ask them. My surgeries went well on both eyes, and I'm now singing, "I can see clearly now the fog is gone!" I certainly recommend this location.

I love the staff here, they were all very polite and helpful. Dr. Vojtco was really good in what he's doing. This place or clinic was highly recommended to friends and family.

I was experiencing an urgent situation with my right eye. I called them and they were able to fit me in for an observation within two hours. Staff was very courteous and professional. Excellent customer service.

I've been there( recommended highly from my eye Dr.) twice so far. The first appt. was great. I came in with a little apprehension, however, once there and met the staff and the surgeon, I felt more confident in the professionalism that was showed to me and the person that I came with. The second visit was the same, however, the front desk person did not give me that warm confident greeting that I received the first time. I thought maybe it was me but after sitting in the reception area, I soon realized it was not me but him. The way that I and others after me were greeted was not the friendly confident, professional greeting that I expect. When ask a question of me, he cut me off before I could even answer. When entering a professional office you would expect the person that you see first to be friendly, professional and welcoming. I am very satisfied with Select Eye Care and hopefully I will not have to encounter the same type of greeting.

So, you don't ever have to wait very long for anything. Checkins, procedures, checkouts... all a breeze. I recommended it to cousin. The doctors and specialists are all very nice. They are strict about having your driver wait in house during surgery though, but I guess that's Ok.

I always have great experiences when I come here, and today was no exception. A lovely woman named Sionne helped me with the tests, brought a fan (I was having hot flashes) for me, and was so kind, professional, and genuinely caring that I felt the need to give her credit she is so deserving of. You are lucky to have her as an employee! Chrissy was another wonderful worker, and was just as compassionate and genuine as Sionne was, and I'm so glad I got to be their patient today!

Been a patient here for roughly 9 or 10 years and had a great experience up until last couple of visits. Front desk and technicians have been getting worse especially the new workers and wait time have been getting worse from over scheduling. The check in kiosk line was looped around to the door and the guy sitting at the desk was just looking at his computer. 4 names were called at the same time and we were in line following the tech to a room where 2 more followed us which made 6 total patients in one area to get our eyes tested with a machine. The only one technician I noticed had 6 patients to handle including my self going back and forth. For the 1st time I was told to switch the bandage my self to my other eye... The time I was actually seen by my doctor from the moment I walked in took 1hr and 40 minutes to see the doctor for about 5 minutes. My mom and my wife ended up switching clinics but I didn't because I like Dr Desai but my patience is about to run out dealing with the process just to see her. I know that's normal and also waiting is normal even with appointments but I'm starting to think 1hr and 35 minutes of negative experience to have 5 minutes of positive with the doctor is not worth it.
