We truly had the best experience with Dr. Jan. He literally saved my husband's eye after he got a metal shard stuck in it (and then pretended it was okay for days...classic). Dr. Jan came in after hours just to help, with zero prior relationship. He was calm and funny, even responding to my husband's many as jokes. Since then, he's taken great care of me too. I recently had some irritation and went straight to his site to book an appointment (on a Friday for Saturday afternoon!) without even thinking of finding anyone else. We've recommended him as many times as possible since. Also, so nice that it's in Costco so I could get some shopping done too!

I always feel walking through those doors that I'm a part of a family. I'm treated so very very well in every respect from the front desk to Dr. Jan, who is by far in my opinion, one of the finest eye doctors in this area he always takes everything that I say very seriously explains every detail in detail about what he thinks the direction that I need to go in a few years back, I went to three different doctors and got three different opinions on what my prescription should be and believe it or not none of them were correct until one day I walked into COSTCO to have sunglasses repaired that I purchased there and I walked into to make an appointment to see Dr. Jan. He gave me a prescription which a week or so later when I received it, it was perfect absolutely perfect. I would trust not only my eyesight, but my family members and recommend him highly to all my friends and neighbors thank you Dr. Jan and all the members of your team for being so professional with a very happy atmosphere not to mention A very clean!!!! atmosphere

I was way overdue for an eye exam and anxious about going in. Dr. Jan was one of the best optometrists I've seen! She was calm, professional and has such a warm presence. She took time to answer all of my questions and went over my optomap and vision concerns in great detail. I learned more about my eyes than I had in previous visits with other doctors. On Saturday, I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Jan for my first eye exam, and it went very well. The appointment was quick and efficient--of course, I needed glasses--so I went ahead and ordered them at Costco.
From the moment I walked in, the experience was excellent. The receptionist was wonderful, Dr. Jan was superb, and the associate who helped me check out and choose my new glasses was incredibly patient. She even offered several pairs for me to try on before I made my final decision.
