This eye doctor saw my husband in an emergency on a Saturday. He had something stuck in both of his eyes and the doctor removed them for him with no issue. The doctor and front desk staff were so kind and accommodating. We were truly thankful to find a doctor in office on a Saturday. My husband could barely see and the thought of going all weekend like that would've been awful. We are so grateful to this team of professionals. He felt instant relief. Highly recommend this office! We will definitely be back in the future.

First time about a week ago. Needed a new eye doctor and having been given a thorough exam and pleasant conversation from dr.higinbotham absolutely glad I made the right choice. Georgine was very nice and accommodating..whole experience was excellent. Best decision feel very reassured about the way the dr took the time to explain everything made you feel comfortable . The way it should be. Also found out some things going on didn't even know about.

Dr. John provided me with simply the best vision care service I have received in quite a long time. He is patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He is both excellent at, and willing to, explain every procedure in layman's terms so that you as a patient feel like a partner with him in the course of your care. The vision correction I experienced was outstanding, and the ONLY reason I will be seeking care elsewhere is due to changes in my insurance coverage. Have not seen the actual Doc yet, but rating 5 stars due to the soft-spoken receptionist who spoke to me. I forgot to catch her name, but she is working right now as I write this, so hopefully that narrows it down. She was easily one of the most pleasant and helpful receptionists who I have spoken to. Nothing seemed rushed, and she was perfectly happy to help me, rather than sounding annoyed. It makes me happy I chose this place, and I will be recommending to my friends this location for their vision needs. I will update this after my vision appointment as well!
