We did a walk-in for my 5-year-old who needed new glasses, and the entire experience was fantastic. From the friendly receptionist to the specialist who helped with my son's glasses, everyone was incredibly helpful and patient. The staff made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care and excellent service!

I've been going to Dr. Gill at Longmeadow for several years (today being the most recent), and I've always had a great experience. Over the years, every Front Desk team member I've interacted with on the phone and in person has been helpful and efficient. Every technician who has taken my health history and performed preliminary tests was pleasant and knowledgeable. Last but not least, I completely trust Dr. Gill to get my complicated progressive eyeglasses prescription right, and to monitor my eyes for all the conditions people in their sixties are susceptible to. (If I ever need to hear that I've got an eye disease or that it's time for cataract surgery, I hope that Dr Gill will be the one to deliver the news to me. She would do that with compassion, with patience to make sure my questions are answered, and with authority based on her experience and a deep knowledge of optometry.) Highly recommend.

I would give Longmeadow Optical, Ltd zero stars if I could. This place is incredibly unprofessional. They have called me three times to reschedule my appointment, and now, just 30 minutes before my scheduled time, they called again to move it to tomorrow. This is completely unacceptable, and I will not be coming back. I highly recommend finding a more reliable and respectful provider.

Dr Gill is very detailed and a true professional. I highly recommend her. She managed to get me a prescription for my dry eye (prior authorization needed) the same day she saw me. I have been asking for this through other doctors for TEN years now! Her office staff were organized and pleasant. They have a great selection of eyeglasses including Ray-Ban, Michael Kors and Kate Spade.

I have been wearing glasses for 10 years now, and finally decided it was time to get contact lenses. Natalie was assigned to me for my first contact lense class/orientation. I was really struggling with putting the contacts in. Natalie was sooo encouraging, and taught me different techniques. I was still unable to get it in. She provided tips for what to do when I get back home. I came back some weeks later for my second orientation. I was so particular about selecting a day that Natalie would be available because she was so amazing and encouraging! Thankfully, in my 2nd class, I was able to put my contacts in and get them out...after about 2.5 hours. Natalie was with me all through, constantly reminding me I could do it and always trying to help me. Overall, amazinggg experience! The staff and Doctor are also all very friendly and wonderful! Outstanding service! :)

I receive excellent eye care here for my annual exams. There is always little or no waiting time. The technician (Ian) who works on eyeglasses for you is super helpful and will go out of his way to help you pick new, or repair existing, eyeglasses. The Front Desk staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Gill is very professional and knowledgeable.
