The staff at the FSK MyEyeDr not only gave us professional service, they seemed to really care about our vision and corrective eye ware needs. Dr. Ibrahim was very friendly and knowledgeable, and did a thorough exam. Amanda really took the time to answer all of our questions and offer explanations for further consideration as to what type of lenses are best for my husband and I based on lifestyle/eye usage to choose the right lenses. She was great too!

Dr. Ibrahim is such a joy to talk to and made discussing my eye health and my vision a very comfortable conversation and I walked out more satisfied with my updated prescription than I thought. He explained everything in layman terms and made it very easily to conceptualize what was being assessed on me. Amanda was really sweet as well! She got me one of the best deals you will see on the market for my prescription and is very direct and honest about the inner workings of contacts, rebates, insurance, etc. I definitely look forward to stopping by the office with no hesitation as all of the staff are very sweet!

The eye doctor was very kind and professional, but the staff's attitude needs significant improvement. It took a long time to receive my eyeglasses--first the lab broke them, and then there were additional delays. Despite all of this, I never received an apology from the office. The manager (short grey hair with eye glasses) shouldn't be in customer service, she is very bad, but the staff in general need to learn to acknowledge their incompetence. It is super annoying to experience poor service and then also deal with the attitude of the responsible party on top of it. If you will blame everything on the lab, then change your lab. I had to call multiple times just to get status updates after all the delays. Each time, when I asked why they didn't call me to give me the update, I was told things like, "We JUST learned that," "We JUST opened the package and saw your glasses were broken," or "We JUST received your new glasses." I must be a psychic because I am calling when they JUST got that update! Meanwhile, I was reassured that they were "on top of it," which clearly was not the case. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

Dr. Ibrahim decreased the strength of my contacts and my eyes felt better immediately! Amanda was very knowledgeable about appropriate frames for my glasses, and gave good advice about how to apply my insurance to get the "most bang for my buck". Very pleased with my experience.

Dr. Ibrahim and Amanda both were welcoming, personable, and patient with my 11-year-old son and me during his eye exam and purchase of new glasses. Amanda was super helpful towards my son, who has a hard time making a decision, and never rushed him or tried to upsell us. If anything she was trying to save us money. The interesting part to me is, before taking him to his appointment I was sort of thinking of switching to a new eye doctor that's closer to our house, but Dr. Ibrahim and Amanda went so above and beyond what I expected that I wouldn't even consider switching now.

Amanda was awesome. She was very helpful, her energy brightens up the office. It was really nice to had meant the new Dr and his assistant they were very nice.

I got a glasses prescription from an eye doctor, and had it filled at another company. Something was very wrong, because I could not wear the glasses. Whenever I looked down, I felt like I was at the edge of a precipice, and if I took a step, I would fall. I was told to go back to the doctor for a recheck. The doctor said, basically, the prescription was correct. This was in September 2025, and it is now January 2026, and I am finally getting to wear my glasses, thanks to the combined efforts of My Eye Dr. in the FSK Mall. Amanda listened to me, and was determined to make sure I was happy with my glasses. She enlisted the help of Nelson (from the Wormans Mill location, who was at FSK location when I was there), and he determined what the problem was, and took the initiative to contact my doctor, explain it to him, and got him to write a new prescription. That did not work during rainy, dark weather, where I could not see the lines on the road. So, I asked My Eye Dr. for an examination, and new prescription. When I finally got the new glasses, it needed a minor adjustment that Jordan (at the Wormans Mill location) did, and now I am happy. Thank you My Eye Dr.
