My family has been using this office before they were purchased by my eye care for years and we were very satisfied. In particular, customer service was always really really good. Unfortunately, the last visit things are really different. A new staff member was trying to answer my questions about the ins and outs insurance coverage and such and I wasn't getting my questions answered. So, I remarked that I wasn't trying to be difficult. I wasn't upset with her in particular. I was just trying to comprehend what was happening and get more information. I was shocked and wildly disappointed when her response was. "I don't care if you're upset with me",as she turned her head away from me. I know we all have our bad days and our hard moments, but this was truly a very disappointing experience. In theory, a more seasoned staff member or manager could have potentially intervened but everyone seemed content to allow this customer service person to behave quite poorly.
